What we do with your details
To make an invitation we need what a printed card needs: names, dates, venues and, if you choose, photographs and a guest list. We use these only to build and update your invitation.
Your invitation link
Customer invitations are hidden from search engines and are not listed anywhere on this site. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it the way you would share a card.
Guest names in links
A personal link carries the guest's name in the web address so the cover can greet them. The name is not stored on our servers by the invitation page itself.
Replies
When a guest replies, WhatsApp opens on their phone with the message written out. The reply goes from their WhatsApp to the host's number. It does not pass through us.
Samples
The sample invitations on this site use made-up names. We never show a family's real invitation as a sample without asking first.
Removing an invitation
How long a link stays live depends on the package. With Shagun, until a month after the function. With Parivar and Bespoke, for a year.
