Our story

The story so far

Every good film has a meet-cute, an interval and a climax. Ours also has two mothers who have read the script.

  1. 2021

    The meet-cute

    A late show at an old single screen in Bandra. One armrest, two elbows, and an argument that lasted all the way to the interval.

  2. 2024

    The interval

    Pooja got a job in Bengaluru. Two years of late-night video calls, and a walk on Carter Road every time a flight was cheap.

  3. 2026

    The climax

    She moved home. He asked. Both mothers had already booked the lawns. Now comes the premiere, and you are on the guest list.

Getting here

  • By air

    Mumbai airport is about 25 minutes from Juhu, longer in the evening rush.

  • By train

    Long-distance trains come into Bandra Terminus. By local, get off at Andheri or Bandra and take an auto. Tell us your train and we'll send a car.

  • December in Mumbai

    About 20°C after dark, with a breeze off the sea. A light shawl is plenty.

  • Parking

    Space on Juhu Tara Road is tight on a wedding night. Use the valet, or come by auto and skip the hunt.
